Well, there are some common health problems that may visit your cat and these are mentioned below:
a) With the progress of your cat's age, there will be occurring certain factors like he starts becoming inactive and may not like to eat on a regular basis. Well, in case he gets an outright change in eating habits, it may well suggest diabetes. Importantly, if your cat starts going to the bathroom very often and always seems to be thirsty, don't neglect. It is high time for you to take him to the vet for a medical check up.
b) Diarrhea may attack your cat due to change in diet. Here, you can wait for some days to see whether it suits or adopt the past food habit. If no result, seek professional help as it is probably for something else.
c) Your cat can also have FIV, somewhat similar to HIV. It is simply guaranteed that if you can assure that your cat doesn't get into contact with other cats, it can't have FIV. Not only this disease, in this method you can give your cat safety from the numerous problems that can be passed along from other cats. If you suspect your cat having FIV, please have a professional aid.
d) As mentioned before, things for a cat simply undergo changes like a human being's. Accordingly, sometimes he may start vomiting. Make sure when does he do that. If after eating something, you may well change the diets because it may well be the case that his food habit has got a change and you should change the diet instantly. For this, there can be another reason which is common hairball. Brushing his coat frequently can be immensely helpful to solve this problem. Vomiting can lead your cat to dehydration. So, strive to provide your cat with plenty of fluids for fighting shy of this problem.
e) Observation' is the key word for you if you have any pet in your house-be it a cat or any other pet that people love to have in household. You are in immense need to observe the habits of your pet, rather cat and if there is anything abnormal being at variance with the common habits, it's you who have to decide primarily whether it is nothing or something very serious.
