Help them see that they are in a system that is very duplicatable, which is exactly what they'll need to for long-term success in MLM.
The people who will build your business and network marketing income are the people with big dreams. If you can show them a step-by-step plan to achieve what they want in life, and if they believe that it's something they can do and that you can help them, you will get a steady stream of people in your business. About the only thing that can sabotage your business at that point is ... greed and ego. For long-term success, you have to create a good relationship with your people, and vice versa. That relationship can be easily destroyed by displays of greed or ego or both. The income is certainly important to everybody. You can create terrific income in MLM when you get a lot of people each do a little bit. Everybody in this business wants to increase their income, and they want recognition. The way to reach the goals you really want is by focusing on helping the others in your group achieve their own dreams. Get rid of greed and/or ego anytime you see them start to develop.
