Positive Thinking is a common motivational method used to boost one's attitude and promote self growth. Keeping positive thinking is an attitude of mind that admits into the thoughts, words and images of mind. Slowly and gradually these thoughts grows and expands as well. It is the state of mind that shows good or bad experiences. If a person has positive thinking then he will have happiness, joy, comfort and most importantly relax. Positive thinking has helped thousands of people change their life by changing the thoughts.

Many surveys conclude that positive thinking leaves good effects on health. You may get some health benefits by going hand in hand with optimism. A person who is positive thinker may have decreased negative stress; He may also have greater resistance to catch the common cold.

A person who have positive attitude over things have sense of well human being and he will stay happy, happiness is key to health benefits, he have less risk of having coronary artery disease, in pregnant women it improves the ability of coping, a positive outlook enables you to cope better with stressful situations, which reduces the harmful health effects of stress on your body.

Sometimes, people think the failures of the past. Rather learning from it they feel guilt for that. If you want to get success in life you have to dismiss the false beliefs of past and also try to avoid those things that were responsible for the failure of past.

Disbelief is negative power and whenever our mind disbelieves or doubts, the mind attracts 'reasons' to support the disbelief. Doubt, disbelief, the subconscious will to fail and the not really wanting to succeed attitudes are responsible for most failures. So if we want to live happy life we should belief in disbeliefs as it is the real strength of a person.
