This is measure according to formula and is not reflected in how your look or how much you weigh. Factors that are taken into account are your height, weight and age and within certain proportions, may or may not be acceptable. Appearance tends to be the deciding factor to determine whether a person is fit or not. Such as a muscular person would be assumed fit. This is untrue because, this muscular looking person could in fact be just bulky with mass. This person might not have the ideal fitness level. It does not matter how you look but if you have successfully passed the 5 levels of measurement as mentioned, you are deemed fit. Athletes would always be looking for ways to improve his or her physical fitness. Therefore, one common way for them to do this is by means of sports supplements. Multivitamins are the type of supplements that will boost the immune system. It will make you less likely to be taken ill as well as get better in no time if you do fell ill. Other benefit of it is that it helps build muscle mass to help improve stamina sn strength. You can choose to go for nature based sports supplements or synthetic ones. The ones derived from nature are usually from plants, herbs or minerals. However, nature based supplements are very limited so now, there are a combination of both natural and synthetic supplements. Physical fitness is incomplete without exercise. It is almost impossible to achieve without it. Whatever type of exercise you do be it out in the open or within the walls of a gymnasium, it is important to have the right apparel. Sports attire are made for comfort and functions to support the type of activities done during exercise. Not only that, today's sports attire has become a fashion statement for some. Sports apparel include track pants or suit, leggings, tank tops, shorts, running shoes or trainers, and for women, a good sports bra. It is important to have the appropriate sports apparel on as they help to support your body during your workout a sports bra provides support for the breasts so they will not be too traumatized or hurt, track suits or pants help maintain your body heat during a warm-up so your body does not cool off too quickly and bring on a chill, while good running shoes provide leg and sole support so your calves and ankles will not be too strained during the exercise. It is absolutely important that you wear the right attire to exercise or perform any sports activities. If you neglect this, you might just end up getting yourself injured as well as become very uncomfortable.
