Can Someone Teach Me To Speak Spanish Conversationally?

The construction industry in the US has been saturated with Hispanics. It is now to the point, that if you want hire anyone that will work and you can't speak Spanish you may be out of luck. I am one of the lucky few in my area that started learning Spanish when Hispanics started working with me. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to learn the language and a ton about the culture as well. I have truly been blessed. Learn Spanish the Easy Way!
It started as simple as me pointing at bottle of soda or water cooler and inquisitively saying Spanish and they would tell me in Spanish how to say whatever it was that I was pointing at. After doing this for a while and building my vocabulary I quickly became one of the most important people in the company, and in turn I made more money. I guess this could be called Immersion Spanish, I called it" if I want to make a living I better learn how to talk to my help Spanish classes "Once I started moving up and became a supervisor I started looking for different ways to because I was no longer on the job with the guys that had been teaching Spanish to me every minute of every day. First I tried using CD's in my truck when going from job to job and while that was helpful, it would often make me sleepy .no one wants to sleep while driving it tends to be bad for your health. The most recent and arguably the best way to learn the language is with computer programs. One of the things that I like about learning this way is the fact that you can stop in the middle of a sentence if you aren't sure about something and go back over it again which was difficult with the CDs in my truck while driving down the highway at 65 miles per hour. The bottom line is if you don't learn to communicate with the Hispanic workers that are here now you will end up working for them before you know it. I learned at an early age that if you want something and you can't ask for it you probably won't get it.
