Now raise your knees to a 45 degree angle, and slowly move your legs in a circular bicycle-peddling type movement. Touch your right elbow with your left knee, then the left elbow with the right knee. If you are a beginner, start with one set of 20 reps (each knee to elbow counts as one rep), then progress to 24, 30 reps.
