Homeless and Orphaned Children Around the World

There are 4 million orphaned and homeless childrne just in Russia and Ukraine. The problem is governments do not care about helping or saving children. In fact governemnts in some countries would rathe rget rid of children than have them begging on the streets. When children beg on the streets they are often seen as rats by locals. Many orphanages in Russia are low quality and not fit for childrne to stay in. Many cant even afford to make basic repair and lack fresh water. This is the same in a lot of Eastern European, Asian and African countries. Most orphanages survive by donations and help from charities. Life is precious regardlerss of circumstances. Children need love and support to survive. If parents reject and throw their children onto the streets what are they supposed to do? Thank goodness for the charities and orphanages who truly care and help children who could not survive without them. We can all help make a difference if we really care enough. Children need our help
