Take two cups of white flour and mix it well with two tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Add half a cup of chilled butter pieces and mix it well in the bowl. Properly mix them well by using a pastry cutter with the flour, but keep in mind not to over mix them. Add into it 8 tablespoon of ice cold water and mix them well until the dough hold together, add a bit more water if necessary. Mix well until the dough holds together.

Now turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead it together and then divide in half. Now you have to flatten each half into a disk and wrap in saran wrap and chill for at least half an hour. Roll out one of the disks on a lightly floured surface until you have a circle that's about 12 inches in diameter. Put the circle in a 9" pie plate, trimming any extra dough from the edges with a sharp knife. Return it to the refrigerator until you are ready to make the pie.

Now it is the time to prepare the pie. All you will need is three cups of sugar, one fourth cup of flour, half a teaspoon of nutmeg powder and an equal amount of cinnamon and obviously eight medium sized apples. Heat the oven into 425 degrees. Now peel core and slice the apples. Try to keep the size of the slices even. Ground the sugar into powder and now mix the sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in large bowl. Stir in apples and pour it into pastry-lined pie plate and evenly dot with margarine from the top. Cover it with top crust and seal the edges. Cut slits in the top. Or you can do one thing that is you can cover the edge with 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent too much browning. And remember to remove the foil during last 15 minutes of baking. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust. You can even change the filling of the pie with some cut fruits to change the taste.
