Cancer, arthritis, diabetes, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and heart disease all are associated with inflammation. Free radical damage of the mitochondria inside your body cells is a huge factor. When there is inflammation there is cellular damage and oxidative damage to the DNA, which is the genetic code of the cell. Weak and damaged cells cause disease.

If you study a microscopic slide of cancer cells you will see bizarre, irregular, tumor cells. Cardiologist, author, nutritionist, Dr. Stephen Sinatra says that over 350 different pesticides can be found in our food supply. Approximately 300 various harmful substances are found in most blood samples.

These products cause inflammation and even genetic aberrations that can produce cancer and other degenerative diseases.

Certain substances, chemicals, are what cause alteration of healthy cells and turn them into sick or even cancer cells.

Prevention is the key to health. This means reducing your exposure to impure water and air. Do not allow toxic chemicals to be inhaled or come in contact with your skin. They tend to have a cumulative effect, causing disease later. Diet is a huge factor in the process.
