Lose Weight the Easy Way with these 3 Ways

1. Get rid of the hunger: You need to get rid of hunger to lose weight successfully. If you are always hungry then you always eat and losing the pounds will never happen. You need to eat and snack on foods that have lots of fiber and that will keep you full for a long time. Foods such as beans,apples,nuts,peas and whole wheat crackers are great foods that will suppress your hunger but keep your insides moving freely.
2. Drink enough water: I know you hear it all the time but how many of us really do it or realize that we walk around in a constant state of dehydration daily. Believe it or not you can lose 7-10 extra pounds of weight by just drinking water. Your body starts to hold hoard extra water in your cells because it feels like you are in a drought and it is protecting you. Also your liver gets into the act of filtering waste and that is the kidney's job but they can't do it properly if they are dehydrated and so the liver has to step in and help them and that takes away from fat burning. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Some experts say to drink at least half your body weight in water. If you don't like the taste then add some lemon juice.
3.Hula Hooping: Believe it or not this is a fun way to lose weight. All that you need to get started is to buy a 10 pound weighted hula hoop and twirl it around for a minute at a time. Do it about ten times a day for about a minute or two and you will soon become a pro at it.
